Speed Dating – Term1 Week8 (Mon) 19 March

Students should be able to ask each other all information they would like to know about from their date partner and give the instant response to the questions which they will be raised by their date partner

1.         Introduce themselves, their families, pets, nationalities, languages they can speak, sports, food, movies, which they like, and their favorite things

2.         Compromise about their appearances

3.         What do they like

4.         What subjects they take this year and they like to take in the future

5.         What activities do they do during the weekend and during the holidays

6.         Exchange each other’s contact details

Social Arrangement – Term2 Week (Mon) 18 Jun 2012

Purpose is to negotiate with their partner to meet the agreement toward a social event

(The event can be a birthday party, or a house warming party, or hang out for seeing movies, or eating at restaurant …etc.)

1.       Suggest or arrange an event

2.       Invite or go with your partner to the social event

3.       The reason for having this event

4.       Where will be the event

5.       When, includes date, time (starting time and finishing time)

6.       What activities would be in the event

7.       How can they go this event

8.       Accepting or rejecting

9.       Negotiate to meet the agreement

Meet parents Term3 Week10 (Mon) 17 Sep 2012

1.       Introduce your parents to your partner and your partner to your parents

2.       To be interviewed by parents on the questions which they have practiced on “Speed Dating” and “Social Arrangement”

3.       What are their plans in common for their future, it can be their study plans, travel plans, career plans, ….etc.
